Terms and Conditions
You MUST be over the age of 18 years to use, view or purchase from this website.
Some of the products for sale on this website may contravene laws in some Australian states or territories. It is the duty of the purchaser to ensure they are complying with their state or territory laws. EASY BONG will not be held responsible in the event of a customer contravening these law.
All smoking instruments sold on this site are intended for use with legal smoking products. By purchasing a smoking implement from this site you agree that it will only be used for legal purposes.
Price matching
If you find a cheaper price on any Australian website, send through a link to that product and we will price match it. It must be identical, the same brand and available for purchase on that site. We only price match Australian online stores, not overseas or Ebay.
Refunds and returns
We pack and ship as carefully as possible, but sometimes something may break. If this happens, email us as soon as you are unwrapping and notice the breakage with good pictures and we will ship out a replacement.
All products need to be checked prior to using for defaults or imperfections. Once the product has been used it cannot be returned to us, and we can no longer exchange or replace if a default is found.
Any product issues needs to be emailed to easybong.au@gmail.com Include your order ID number and attach photos.
All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund (the product must unused).
All goods sold by Easy Bong are guaranteed against defects for 48 hours from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact us to arrange return and replacement. If the item has been used, this voids this guarantee.
All of our products are packed with extra care and checked before sent if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect we need to be contacted within the 48 hours. The item must not be used and may need to be returned. Easy Bong may refund return postage costs at our own discretion after assessment.
Products can not be returned due to:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- A change of mind by the customer.
- Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.
Delivery
All of Easy Bong parcels are sent with a 'signature required' on delivery. This is to ensure that if your parcel is lost in transit Easy Bong can replace the order and re-deliver at no cost to you.
All parcels have a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number email us and we will be happy to supply it.
If you wish to have your parcel delivered with 'Authority to leave' just leave this comment in the customer comments at checkout. Please be aware that giving this authority means Easy Bong and the courier are not liable if the parcel goes missing after delivery. If you are worried about this outcome, do not give an authority to leave consent.
All Easy Bong parcels are sent discreetly with no mention of the contents or Easy Bong name on the packaging.

All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.
