Horny Goat Weed 25g

Horny goat weed contains chemicals which might help increase blood flow and improve sexual function. It also contains phytoestrogens, chemicals that act somewhat like the female hormone estragon.

To use in a tea: 1 to 2 teaspoons, mix into a paste with a little honey. Brew with a small amount of boiled water for 10 to 20 mins. Strain or leave, add more boiled water and sweeten if needed.
